Delete your Next Transfer account
Next Transfer by Planward Labs. You can delete your account and every piece of cloud data linked to it at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Next Transfer and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account & cloud data.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and cloud data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the Google account you signed in with. We delete your account and cloud data within 30 days and confirm by email.

- Your Next Transfer account (the sign-in linked to your Google account).
- All cloud copies of your data: every synced version, backup version and recovery copy.
- The list of devices registered for sync.
What is not deleted
- Data on your phone. Next Transfer keeps your planner on your device. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android Settings.
- Backup files you saved yourself (for example in Google Drive or your Downloads folder). Delete those files directly.
- Your Google account itself. Deleting Next Transfer does not affect it.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing is kept after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
